Allowing Presence to Take Over: Integration versus Vacillation

Are you ready to stop vacillating? Do you have moments of bliss and peace and then "lose it"? Are you ready to stop going back and forth between darkness and light? As awareness takes over the forefront of your experience, you will become aware of many things you had previously been unaware of. You will start feeling the places in the body & mind where there are tensions or blocks, and as you stay in awareness, these tensions/blocks begin to dissolve, disperse and disappear. In this 90-minute session, Lisa Natoli will share "experiments in watching" — practices to notice when you are daydreaming, thinking, not being present. She will give practice experiments for you to use in your life to deal with the layers, habits and patterns of your self-made image and personality. In practicing, as you begin to live as the witness, as awareness, you will fall back and forget many times until awareness/presence takes over as your identity. All you have to do is come back to watching.
