About this Session

Judith will teach the main Realization Process practices and speak about how these practices endow all of our experience with the wholeness, steadiness, depth and subtlety of nondual realization. The Realization Process is a series of attunement practices for embodied psychological and relational healing and nondual spiritual awakening. In this approach, the radical openness of nondual realization is based on deep contact with the internal space of one’s body. Through inward attunement, we realize ourselves as fundamental, unified consciousness, pervading our body and our environment as a whole. In this way, we discover an authentic, quality-rich experience of our individual being at the same time as we transcend our individuality. These practices can help both beginners and advanced meditation practitioners deepen their meditation and stabilize in nondual realization.Judith will teach the main Realization Process practices and speak about how these practices endow all of our experience with the wholeness, steadiness, depth and subtlety of nondual realization.
